Sales Job Description.

Sure Pay Uganda is a company that specializes in building systems for its clients, like Payment Systems, Management Systems for schools, hospitals, agencies etc. It is in search of a competent Sales officer whose major role is to present and sell different SurePay products to organizations, schools, businesses, and many other agencies that utilize its work. 

Then if the client likes the product, you have to train them, install the product, and also maintain and manage the relationship with that client.

Roles and responsibilities

• Acquisition of clients i.e, generating sales leads while working in focus with the targets.

• Handling the installation of clients who have purchased the systems

• Provision of training and support to the clients

• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for analysis in meetings.

• Ensuring that the system's information reaches many potential clients. 

• Application of marketing programs in the hunting of sales.

• Ensuring that clients hit the monetary bill of the company through the collection of deposits and balances. 

• Maintaining client records.

• Provision of customer support to clients by answering the questions asked about the products. 

• Any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the sales industry. 

• A thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics

• Hospitable in order to provide excellent customer service techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision and also work under pressure.

• Ability to interact with others respectfully and develop productive working relationships to minimize conflict and maximize rapport.

• Ability to build sincerity and trust; moderate behaviors (less impulsive) and enhance agreeableness.

• Should be computer-literate.

• Patient, while being aggressive to get deals sealed off.
