Key Responsibilities


  • Delivering a variety of items to different customer locations through agreed routes.
  • Work on any day of the week when needed.
  • Willingness to work on Holidays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
  • Loading and arranging delivery items in the vehicle properly to ensure they are safely delivered.
  • Online documentation of log books
  • Provide any delivery issues that may arise during delivery to the transport staff. 
  • Ensure that the tricycle is clean and properly maintained. 
  • Compliance with traffic regulations, like speed limits and wearing safety helmets.
  • Bear witness to the offloading and loading of products to provide accountability. 
  • Ensure that the customer signs the delivery papers and then submits them back to the office. 
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.  
    

 Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education.
  • Possession of a valid B1 Driving Permit.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Tricycles.

  • Proper communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work alone and get work done
  • Compliance with prescribed rules and routines.
