Responsibilites
- To develop personalized coaching strategies, manage a team of financial coaches, and collaborate across departments to integrate financial well-being into insurance offerings. The ideal candidate should be passionate about financial education, proactive in identifying client needs, and skilled at implementing scalable coaching programs.
- Should be able to work closely with advisors, product teams, and customer service professionals to integrate financial coaching into insurance solutions.
- The suitable candidate should be able to identify trends in policyholder financial behaviors and recommend improvements to insurance product offerings.
- Ability to lead interactive financial coaching sessions, educating clients on budgeting, saving, debt management, and wealth-building strategies.
- Ability to implement and oversee comprehensive financial fitness programs tailored to policyholders, ensuring alignment with their financial goals, insurance needs, and risk management strategies.
Qualifications ( Education and Experience)
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial coaching, insurance advisory, wealth management, or financial planning.
- A strong understanding of insurance products, financial markets, and behavioural financial principles.
- A proven ability to lead financial education initiatives, drive engagement, and support financial decision-making.
