Education And Experience

The Candidate should;

  • Hold minimum qualifications of a diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration  or an Equivalent Field
  • Have a minimum of 2 year working experience as a receptionist or front office representative.
  • Have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Be experienced in handling head office security protocol.

Roles

  • Offer administrative support across the organization and ensure smooth running of daily operations and key office responsibilities.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the office and provide a warm and professional welcome to the visitors.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly.
  • REpsind to general inquiries via phone, email or in-person.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable with necessary supplies and open to visitors during official working hours.
  • Maintain an online visitors log and security at the front desk.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Coordinates repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Sort and forward email to their respective recipients
  • Co-ordinate meeting room booking and prepare meeting spaces
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.
