Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations and sanitation, like equipment maintenance and supplies management. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners like cleaning and security companies.
  • Foster a productive and positive working environment for everyone.
  • Help with the preparation of presentations, meetings, and any other documents when needed. 
  • Maintain updated and well-organized administrative records.
  • Manage the company mail service, both incoming and outgoing, on a timely basis and ensure accurate distribution.
  • Handle work permit processing when needed
  • Provide the Human Resource Manager with assistance in the recruitment process, such as new employee training, and in maintaining employee records. 

Education and Experience


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a Related Field.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Officer, Officer Manager, or a similar role. 
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, most especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Personal Competencies. 

  • Should be a good team player and also have the ability to work alone.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High Degree of Integrity.
  • Ability to work under urgent conditions.
