JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Use computer software to refurbish phones, install software, configure settings, and factory reset devices.
- Help with Inventory Management by taking note of the stock levels and ensuring that the returned stock and refurbished devices match.
- Properly organize stock for easy tracking
- Carefully inspect devices' batteries, their performance, and appearance, and then categorize them into Grades (A, B, C).
- Utilize Kaizen principles, and make sure that all tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.
- Offering basic technical support to clients and team members.
- Troubleshot clients' devices and stock with malfunctions.
- Ensure that stored devices are clean through screen polishing and disinfecting.
- Take on any other roles as required by the Care Center.

Education and Experience
- Minimum of A Degree in a technical Field.
- Experience in Phone Refurbishing, Technical Support roles, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
- Should have prior knowledge of phone models and their operating systems (iOS and Android).
- Ability to operate Inventory Management Systems.
