Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Search for new personal banking opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Department
- Creation of client accounts and relationships.
- Compliance with the KYC regulations and external and internal policies.
- Contribute ideas on sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor clients' accounts to spot dormant ones, and generate necessary reports
- Activate and monitor all personal banking portfolios.
- Work on any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a Related Field.
- Proper understanding of Risk Management Principles and Credit Scoring Principles.
- Knowledge about competitors' products and services they offer.
- Knowledge of the understanding and interpretation of financial statements.
Key Personal Competences
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to run a team; good team player.
- Should be reliable, honest, and innovative.
