Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling of the company's Life Assurance Policies in the Uganda Market
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly target sales
- Present daily statistics to the supervisor
- Develop Good Client company relationships.
- Contribute ideas on how the company can boost sales and presence in people
- Reach out to potential clients
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience with sales
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new things
- Should be hospitable
- At least 25 years of age.
