Job Details
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-
Head and manage the Internal Audit & Compliance Department.
Supervise all the activities in the department daily.
Represent the department in management meetings.

Direct and control all departmental operations and audits.

Prepare and implement audit plans and programs.
Monitor each department's budget and resources.

Submit copies of the internal audit report to external auditors or the Office of the Auditor General.

Safeguard company assets and verify their existence.
-
Conduct risk management audits and develop risk strategies.
-
Ensure full compliance with internal and external policies.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any business field.
- A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Professional Qualification Courses, such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, are a plus.
- Must have a full membership with the Institute of Internal Auditors ( CIA, CISA)
- At least 10 years of experience in Audit or Accounting, with 5 years at a senior management level in a large organization.

- Proper Understanding of Risk, Control, and Governance.
