JOB DETAILS

Minimum Requirements

  • Only Male Candidates aged; 22-29 are encouraged to apply.
  • The candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree with minimum CPGA of 3.30 CGPA.
  • No experienced required as fresh level Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Graduates in Forestry and Agriculture University Majors are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task and stay organized in dynamic environments.
  • Good reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Committed and ready to take on field based leadership responsibilities.
  • Willingness to live and work in plantation camps in remote areas.
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Open to company provided meals and accommodation.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise plantation operations including nursery management, planting, weeding/slashing and harvesting of resin and coffee.
  • Monitor and manage plantation camp materials including stock ins and stock outs.
  • To prepare and submit daily reports to supervisors
  • Carry out other duties assigned by management
  • Overseeing camp welfare such as accommodation and meals
