Job Overview


Reliable Corporate Solutions Uganda seeks the addition of a highly skilled and detail-conscious tax manager to cater for all aspects of tax compliance and planning of the Company's Operations.

 The qualified candidate will be responsible for compliance with all tax regulations as they also identify tax saving opportunities for the company, and supporting financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all statutory tax returns (VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.).
  • Manage tax audits and resolve disputes or queries from the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).
  • Provide tax advisory support to management on transactions, new projects, and business initiatives.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and URA as needed.
  • Maintain proper tax records and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Train and supervise junior finance staff on tax compliance matters.


Education, Experience and Personal Traits


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications: ACCA or CPA.
  • 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience working with URA and KCCA.
  • Strong knowledge of all tax responsibilities, including but not limited to: VAT, PAYE, WHT, LST, and Customs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
